How to use

Pain Relief Massage Oil
Take a small quantity of Pain Relief Oil. Apply on painful or stiff joints and muscles (knees, shoulders, back, neck). Massage gently for 5–10 minutes until absorbed. Use 2–3 times daily for acute discomfort.


Pain Relief Nabhi Oil
Put 6 drops of Pain Relief Nabhi Oil into the belly button daily before bedtime. Gently massage around the Nabhi in a circular motion for 2 minutes. Use daily for better result.


Body Massage Oil
Apply over arms, legs, back, shoulders and feet. Massage with gentle to firm strokes for 10–20 minutes. Leave on for 30–60 minutes before a warm shower, or keep overnight for deeper relaxation.

PREFERRED AGE:  12+ YEARS

DIRECTIONS:
Please apply oil on your hands first and keep it for 20 mins. If you do not see any allergic reactions, you can continue using the oil. In case of any reaction, consult your doctor. Do not use this method if you are a pregnant or a lactating mother.
